About the role
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Plumber to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a rewarding career in plumbing.
The Apprentice Plumber will work under the supervision of experienced plumbers, gaining hands-on experience in various plumbing tasks and learning the skills necessary to succeed in the field.
Duties
Assist in the installation of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
Help maintain and repair existing plumbing systems as directed by senior plumbers.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively on construction sites.
Read and interpret schematics to understand plumbing layouts and designs.
Support field service operations by responding to service calls and performing repairs as needed.
Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.
Follow safety guidelines and protocols while working in various environments.
Experience
Previous experience in construction or a maintenance person role is preferred but not required
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in plumbing tasks is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to plumbing and construction.
