Commercial Construction Plumber

We are looking to hire 4 Commercial Construction Plumbers.

Location: Maxton, NC

Pay Rate:

Up to $32/hour + $50 Daily Per Diem

Schedule:

40 Hours Per Week

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for large-scale commercial construction projects

• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and technical drawings

• Plan and execute plumbing installations according to project specifications

• Assemble, install, and test pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water, gas, and drainage systems

• Work with commercial plumbing materials, including PVC, copper, cast iron, and PEX

• Ensure all work meets North Carolina plumbing codes and project specifications

• Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades on job sites

• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently

• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues on active construction sites

• Follow all OSHA safety standards and company policies

Requirements:

• OSHA 10 Certification Required

• Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and regulations

• Ability to read and execute complex blueprints, layouts, and technical drawings

• Experience with large-diameter piping, water mains, sewer lines, and industrial plumbing

• Comfortable working in fast-paced construction environments and meeting deadlines

• Ability to lift heavy materials, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks

• Reliable transportation to job sites in Maxton, NC
