Job Summary:

As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will work with various tools and materials to ensure proper functioning of water and drainage systems.

Duties:

• Install pipes and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters

• Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and perform repairs

• Collaborate with contractors on construction sites to layout plumbing systems

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to plan plumbing installations

• Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure functionality

• Maintain accurate records of work performed

Experience:

• 5 years plumbing experience (Required)

• Mechanical knowledge to understand plumbing systems

• Proficiency in pipe threading techniques

• Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus

• Ability to use basic math skills for measurements and calculations

• Experience in welding for pipe connections is beneficial

• Familiarity with construction sites and safety protocols

• Skills to assemble and disassemble plumbing components

• Carpentry skills for access panel installation

This is a full time job with hourly pay between $24 - $35 an hour
