You have the chance to shine, make more money, and we help you do that with an iPad with procreate to draw up nice estimates for our customers, write estimates with our program Housecall Pro (we will train you), a stocked truck and a 1x a year tool credit of $500 to get you started with the basic tools, we have everything else.

Requirements:
Have knowledge of local and international plumbing codes. Can correct code violations and provide guidance to junior team members on code compliance
Minimum 3 years experience in plumbing
Able to work with ABS, cast-iron, copper, threaded steel piping (sewer work a plus)
Clean driver’s license
Good communication skills with customers, contractors, and fellow employees
8-hour shifts, Full-Time M-F 8:30am-5pm
Ability to pass a criminal background check and if requested at any time a drug test
Qualifications:
Must have excellent customer skills, desire and ability to exceed customer expectations
Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction
Possess written and verbal communications skills
Can work and complete tasks independently and as a team leader
Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
Diagnostic Skills: Can troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and come up with appropriate solutions
Perform all repairs and replacements to local codes
Good knowledge of PEX, Tracpipe, HDPE fusion, 811, CIPP, street openings, and pipe-bursting experience are a plus
Be capable of trouble shooting, diagnosing and explaining all problems and options to the clients
Job Site & Planning Management:
Assist in properly staging jobs, adhering to quality checklist and creating proper material lists
Be confident as a lead installer in delegating and maintaining a clean, safe, organized job site and well inventoried and clean truck
Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training to master installations
Can plan the materials and tools needed for a job.
Independently demonstrate effective tool prep and organization as well as material.
Is independently able to manage work truck maintenance and prep daily and demonstrates job preparedness
Be efficient, accurate and show up to scheduled shifts on time
