What you'll be doing on the job

You arrive at your first service call of the day, equipped with your trusted tools and a smile on your face. You meet the customer, listen attentively to their plumbing issue, and quickly diagnose the problem. With your expertise, you develop a plan of action, explaining it to the customer in a friendly and professional manner. As you work diligently to repair or install plumbing systems, you showcase your skills and make sure everything is functioning flawlessly.

Throughout the day, you interact with different clients, leaving a lasting impression with your exceptional service. At the end of the day, you head home knowing that you've made a positive impact and helped customers with their plumbing needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of plumbing experience, demonstrating your expertise in installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record to ensure reliable transportation

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to provide effective plumbing solutions

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities to interact with clients and deliver expert advice

• Ability to complete basic plumbing jobs with little to no supervision

• Ability to diagnose tankless water heater issues

• Fluent in English

• Preferably able and willing to be on call

Our ideal Plumbing Technician can work in all of our service areas, including Citrus Heights, Roseville, Rocklin, Folsom, Fair Oaks, Orangevale, El Dorado Hills, Rancho Cordova, Antelope, and Granite Bay.

Work Schedule

You'll enjoy a flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday.

Additionally, you'll need to be available for on-call shifts and nights to handle emergency service calls.
