Responsibilities
Provides the installation of plumbing systems to residential customers. Also, may include some troubleshooting, maintenance and service of plumbing systems. Maintains good customer relations and applies technical skills and a general knowledge of industry standards and government regulations to all work.
Duties:
Completing remodeling projects according to specifications
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate installation
Perform basic math calculations to determine measurements and quantities needed for installation
Assemble and install various components, fixtures, and equipment
Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with installations
Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as HVAC technicians and carpenters, to ensure seamless integration of systems
Drive company vehicles to transport materials and equipment to job sites
Qualifications
Previous experience in installing plumbing systems
Proficiency in reading and understanding schematics and blueprints
Strong math skills for accurate measurements and calculations
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
