Position Overview:

• Full Time, on call when needed

• Provide exceptional communication skills with clients and coworkers

• Follow proven processes and systems

• Attend and participate in company meetings

• Keep up to date with industry information

Work is steady and scheduled (Minimal amount of emergency calls). We are a professional plumbing practice that strives to be the best

Required Qualifications:

• Journeymen license in WA

• Residential plumbing experience required

• General construction knowledge

• Proficient in Excel, Word, Gmail, Google Calendars

• Self-motivated with goal setting mind set

• Dependable, trustworthy & ethical sales behavior

• Ability to communicate details of project with homeowners and coworkers

• Be able to work in all dimensions for residential service plumbing

• Blueprint understanding

• Ability to manage multiple projects (organize & prioritize) and meet deadlines

• Strong follow-up / follow through skills and problem solving ability

• Passion for our team, your job and your clients

• Valid clean driver’s license

• Pass criminal background check & drug test
