Hours:
Full-Time
8 hr shift, occasional on-call hours.
Requirements:
Journeyman License required.
Must have a valid Drivers License and a clean Driving Record.
Strongly prefer someone with service plumbing experience in residential homes.
Safety: Perform tasks safely and promptly with safety and customer satisfaction top of mind.
Technology: Understanding of email, mobile devices, texting, etc.
Quality: Be a “Finisher” – able to take a project, large or small, and see it through to completion, with a reasonable deadline in mind. Maintain a disciplined approach to quality.
Communication skills: Contact with office dispatch is essential and must be done throughout the day. Communication in every way with the client is paramount. Whether by phone or email or in the form of a well-written job estimate or invoice summary. Shortcuts in communication are not an option.
Able to maintain a van inventory
Able to perform tasks safely and promptly with safety and customer satisfaction top of mind.
Able to work in hot or cold environments
Able to estimate tasks and present estimates to customers.
