What you'll be doing as a Licensed Plumber
Under general supervision, maintain the flow and drainage of water, air, and other gases by assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures.
Maintain and provide for the safe condition and operation of all plumbing systems for customers. Ensure all installation is done in a professional manner that meets current code requirements. Ensure customer satisfaction on all jobs.
Responsible for troubleshooting, installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing mechanisms while providing top-notch customer service.
Plan, assemble, install, maintain, and pressure test all pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, drainage and gas systems according to specifications and plumbing codes for both residential and commercial systems.
Determine sources of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders.
Install and repair pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, and plumbing system equipment, including sinks, commodes, water heaters, water softeners, etc.
Repair gas/water utility lines & drainage that serve applicable appliances (dishwashers, kitchen equipment, fireplaces, etc.)
Repair and/or install plumbing fixtures and related devices including sinks, water closets, urinals, faucets, drinking fountains (excluding electrical connections), domestic water heaters and related devices.
Oversee and perform troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance of plumbing equipment including faucets, grease traps, flush valves, sinks, water heaters, commodes, drinking fountains, specialized daycare, domestic water heater pumps, flush meters, backflow prevention devices and valves and water meters.
Read and interpret blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts.
Respond to emergency plumbing calls such as clogged drains, broken water lines and frozen pipes. Evaluate situation and take proper corrective action.
Receive and complete work orders.
Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean, and ensure proper billing, invoicing and daily documentation of activities are completed.
Maintain your truck so that it is neat and clean on the inside and outside at all times. The truck is one of the best billboards that the company has. Park the truck for the maximum impact of the “billboard” when possible.

Job Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check and Drug Test required for hire. Heart is a drug free employer, which includes marijuana.
Valid Colorado Professional License on file with DORA.
Must have a valid, insurable driving record and license.
Must have at least a working knowledge of the Heart service area street / interstate system.
Experience
Must be licensed in Colorado, and have at least 1 year plumbing experience
Equipment used
Computer / cell phone / tablet.

Physical Demands of the job
Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting and carrying. Work in tiring and uncomfortable positions, around gas lines, electricity, refrigerant(s), around fumes and toxic chemicals, outside and inside. Exposure to extreme temperatures, both hot and cold for prolonged periods of time.
Requires constant travel to customer job locations.
Regular lifting of parts and equipment up to 50 pounds. Occasional lifting up to and in excess of 75 pounds.
