About the role
Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electric is searching for a Licensed Service Plumber in the Houston, TX area. We are a residential plumbing company, so our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the residential plumbing business. The main focus is to ensure plumbing repairs have been done properly and to reduce / eliminate the potential for water damage or other potential liabilities.

Licensed Residential Service Plumber Responsibilities:
Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately and perform plumbing services
Strong residential plumbing service experience and strong troubleshooting skills
Repair and replace Water Heater
Installing and replacing all residential plumbing fixtures and systems (Faucets, Tubs, and Toilet).
Repair and maintain plumbing systems by replacing washers, mending bust pipes, and cleaning clogged drains
Competent use of conventional sewer machines
Comply with federal, state, and local building and plumbing codes
Meet weekly with Plumbing Service Manager to discuss work orders, parts, concerns and goals.

Requirements for the role:
Current TSBPE License: Tradesman, Journeyman or Master License, no Apprentice positions available at this time.
2+ years of residential plumbing experience
Exhibit an in-depth knowledge of and understanding of the plumbing trades
Valid Texas Driver’s License and clean driving record
Must pass a background check
Clean, neat and professional appearance
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Excellent conflict management skills
Excellent leadership skills to enhance team productivity
Strong attention to detail and to manage multiple tasks and assignments
Team player with "can do" attitude
Good computer skills: knowledge of Service Titan or compatible, Excel, and iPad.
Able and willing to work on-call schedule: nights, weekends and holidays as needed
