Master Plumber

Endless Energy, a growing energy efficiency company, established for almost 40 years, is seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and licensed Master Plumber to grow and lead an in-house plumbing department. Must be driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented to work in this exciting, fast-paced environment. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable both at job sites and in our main Marlborough office. 

Master Plumber Job Responsibilities:

• Work with our plumbing team to Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.

• Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.

• Ensure work performed by all plumbers is of good workmanship and compliant with current local codes. 

• Oversee and prepare plumbing permits with the assistance of our Permit Coordinator 

• Work with local inspectors to satisfy local requirements and expectations

• Oversee the department and subcontractor (if applicable) scheduling

• Build a plumbing team that properly supports the company and its growth

• Serve as a mentor to team members

• Assist in preparing bids, budgets, and cost estimates.

Requirements

• Master Plumber license

• High School or GED equivalent preferred; EAP Certification required

• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driver record

• Must be able to undergo a background check

• Must be able to speak fluent English. Additional languages are a plus!

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more regularly and able to learn and follow proper lifting, pushing, pulling and moving techniques where safety is a priority

• Must be able to be on your feet 6-8 hours per day
