About the role
Endless Energy, a growing energy efficiency company, established for almost 40 years, is seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and licensed Master Plumber to grow and lead an in-house plumbing department. Must be driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented to work in this exciting, fast-paced environment. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable both at job sites and in our main Marlborough office.
Master Plumber Job Responsibilities:
Work with our plumbing team to Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
Ensure work performed by all plumbers is of good workmanship and compliant with current local codes.
Oversee and prepare plumbing permits with the assistance of our Permit Coordinator
Work with local inspectors to satisfy local requirements and expectations
Oversee the department and subcontractor (if applicable) scheduling
Build a plumbing team that properly supports the company and its growth
Serve as a mentor to team members
Assist in preparing bids, budgets, and cost estimates.

Requirements
Master Plumber license
High School or GED equivalent preferred; EAP Certification required
Must have valid driver’s license with clean driver record
Must be able to undergo a background check
Must be able to speak fluent English. Additional languages are a plus!
Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more regularly and able to learn and follow proper lifting, pushing, pulling and moving techniques where safety is a priority
Must be able to be on your feet 6-8 hours per day
