About the role
We are a family owned Plumbing company in San Jose, CA. + all surrounding cities. We are currently looking for a self motivated, self starter willing to learn individual.
We are looking for someone NO experience/knowledge in the plumbing industry, but is is willing to learn the trade.
The ideal candidate will:
Have good work ethic and positive attitude.
Be reliable and punctual.
Have a mutual respect for colleagues and clients.
Be a team player and encourage others.
Be able to lift 50 lbs. or more.
Be comfortable using technology.
Have a clean DMV & driving record.
Have attention to detail & the ability to document important information.
Job description includes but is not limited to:
Monday - Friday: Some Saturdays as needed.
Lift/assist in toilet and water heater installations.
Must be comfortable working in crawl spaces as needed
Digging & back filling
LEARN to check in, load and pull materials.
LEARN to stand-in for inspections and meet with Building Inspectors.
LEARN TO maintain company vehicles (perform vehicle checks, cleaning, fueling, etc.)
Work directly with management on daily projects and work orders.
Assist in pulling permits.
Maintain cleanliness of warehouse.
