We are based in San Diego, California and are currently seeking a dynamic Plumber Foreman Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch plumbing solutions.
As a Plumber Foreman, Project Manager, you will be integral to our operations, overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of daily work orders, jobs and projects from conception to completion. This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are executed effectively, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Estimating jobs in the field.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks, jobs, work orders and resources.
Estimate job costs and resource requirements for new projects, jobs and work orders.
Create detailed estimates and present these to customers.
Follow up with customers to close estimates and secure jobs, projects and work orders.
Manage project, job and work order scope, schedule, budget, and ensure timely delivery.
Perform quality control checks to maintain the high standards of all project deliverables.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
Provide detailed project updates to stakeholders regularly.
Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of projects.
Supervise, mentor, and motivate project team members.
Uphold the company’s standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the plumbing or construction industry.
Proven ability to estimate job costs and manage budgets.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with Service Titan software.
Sales trained, Sales background, plumbing background,
experience estimating, managing, and/or performing plumbing jobs.
