Your day to day as a Plumbing Customer Service rep:
Our customer service reps have the ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
As a Plumbing CSR with our HVAC company, you excel in receiving incoming client calls, assisting them with their plumbing needs, and dispatching service calls to our field technicians.
You'll skillfully schedule calls to provide prompt, convenient service and maximize our field technicians' time and mileage.
Keeping clients updated and informed is a key part of your role, and you proactively reach out to our existing customer base to offer plumbing memberships.

Requirements:
CSR/dispatch experience with a plumbing company
Proficiency using Service Titan
Phone customer service experience (preferred)
Sales experience (preferred)
