Works Plumbing in Pacifica, CA is looking to hire full-time and part-time Plumbing Dispatchers / Customer Service Representatives.

This Plumbing Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative position pays a competitive hourly wage. We have flexible schedules available with no mandatory work on Sundays and no mandatory on-call. For those that would like to work on Saturdays, we offer an optional shift.

What you'll be doing in this role:

  • As a Plumbing Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative, you arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible.

  • Most of your day is spent in an office environment on the phone or computer.

  • You receive incoming client calls and assist them with their plumbing needs and dispatch service calls to field technicians.

  • With great attention to detail, you schedule calls to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage.

  • You keep clients updated and informed.

  • You enjoy interacting with our clients and technicians and love keeping busy with a variety of tasks.

  • You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and phone skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test

  • Manage your time effectively

  • Attentive to detail and the ability to create efficient schedules for our technicians

  • Fantastic customer service skills

  • Friendly and able to empathize with others

  • Enjoy talking on the phone and understand good phone etiquette
