About the role
This position is responsible for performing installation of water heaters, as well as plumbing fixtures including, but not limited to, new toilets and faucets in occupied or unoccupied residential, multi-family, commercial, and other dwellings.
Essential Job Functions:
Installation and service of water heaters including gas and electric tank water heaters, tankless water heaters, hybrid water heaters, direct and power vent water heaters, and recirculating pumps while upholding Federal, State, and Local codes. Must be able to troubleshoot any issues with the above.
Installation and service of faucets, garbage disposals, toilets, along with water filtration, reverse osmosis, and water softening systems. Must be able to troubleshoot any issues with the above.
Ensure the required documentation for each job is completed and uploaded into our system in a timely fashion.
Ensures all personal property of clients is protected from work areas.
Works in a variety of conditions and hours depending on client/jobsite needs.
Enter time/mileage/materials into all relevant software.
Maintain the proper truck stock for the scope of work required.
Maintain a safe and acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.
Be responsible for overall customer satisfaction with regards to communication, workmanship, and quality.
Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Technical/Trade school certification or equivalent experience in related field preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the plumbing trade
License & Certifications:
Valid Driver’s License and the ability to adhere to safe driving practices.

Travel Requirements
Daily driving required up to 3 hours per shift.
Physical Requirements
Climbing: Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps, poles, and the like, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms. Specifically, when the amount of climbing exceeds that needed for ordinary motion.
Lifting: Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to-position. Specifically, if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires substantial use of upper extremities and back muscles.
Focus Ability: Ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus.
Very Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 pounds or more of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Exposure to extreme heat and cold both indoors and outdoors
General Hazards: Exposure to a variety of physically hazardous conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working with explosives, on scaffolding, and /or high places.
Atmospheric: Exposure to fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation which could affect the respiratory system.
Confined Spaces: Frequently working in close quarters, crawl spaces, shafts, and/or other areas that could cause claustrophobia (i.e. narrow aisles or passageways).
Personal Protection Equipment must be utilized.
