• Actively participate in ongoing technical training.

• Ensure the customer’s home is adequately protected with the appropriate covering for all work performed.

• Remove and replace all equipment and materials in a safe, clean, organized, and efficient manner.

• Assist the plumber with completion of all required signatures, related documentation, and collection of outstanding balances from the customer.

• Assist the plumber with gathering necessary metrics and information.

• Finish all work within the allocated time for the job.

Job Requirements:

• Proven ability to work within a team environment and be committed to professional growth

• 1-2 years of plumbing field experience strongly preferred, other trade roles will be considered

• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.

• Proven ability to solve complex problems.

• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs. and bend, stoop, stand, and crawl for prolonged periods

• Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures and small spaces

• Must have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record

• Must be over 18

• For your safety, you must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening (including Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methadone). A medical marijuana card is not eligible for exclusion.

• Ability to pass a background check

• Ability to provide a basic set of your own tools

• Must have flexibility to work schedule (days and hours including some nights and weekends)
