Service and Repair Plumber

We are currently hiring an hourly service and repair plumber. We charge and pay hourly, no commission, so you always get paid no matter how much you sell or don’t sell.

We’re motivated by doing a great job for our longterm customers. We’re not about trying to sell as much as possible, and especially not what isn’t even needed.

We want quality service plumbers that can enter a customer’s home and do a neat, clean, 100% resolved plumbing repair.

You need to have a good drivers license. And you can take the truck home if you have a safe place to park it.

Required skills:

• No callbacks

• Clean and neat

• Good communication with customers

• Good with filling out time cards and paperwork

What you'll be doing on the job:

(make sure you have 100% experience in all of these)

• Water heater repair and install

• Leak repairs. Leak from upstairs to downstairs, under home in crawl space, under sinks, in walls, etc

• Fixture install and repair, toilet, sink, faucet, disposal, shower valve

• Shower valve repair--you can change out shower stem or cartridge, identify replacement

• Tankless install and repair

• Snake 2"-4" and main lines. Find and access cleanouts. Pull toilet and snake when needed. Snake at roof if needed.

• Repair or install sewer ejector pumps, sump pumps

• Install or repair pressure reducing valves

• Digging might be needed for sewer line repairs. Some crawling under homes for leak repairs and repipes as well.
