Requirements:
2 years of service plumbing experience
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
A team player and fast learner
More than 3 years of service plumbing experience and being licensed are preferred. The ability to work independently and possess great leadership skills are a bonus!
About your day:
You'll have a flexible schedule between 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday, plus some on-call work.
In this role, you have the opportunity to respond to both residential and commercial service plumbing repair calls, addressing common issues such as fixing leaks, conducting water heater installations, and tackling drain problems. Additionally, you will handle customer interactions, which involve managing paperwork, identifying upsell opportunities, and building rapport to gain returning clients.
